A serviced apartment (also known as a service apartment or an extended stay apartment) is a fully furnished apartment available for short-term or long-term stay, providing hotel-like amenities such as room service, a fitness center, a laundry room, and a recreation room. Most of them are equipped with full kitchens, Wi-Fi and in-apartment washers and dryers. Serviced apartments are designed to act as ‘homes away from home’, with more space and facilities compared to regular apartment rentals and hotels. There are many types of serviced accommodation too, which come in all shapes and sizes, ranging from small studio suites to ten-bedroom houses.

A guest in a typical service apartment can expect to have a range of facilities and services at their disposal. Facilities and services include;
– A Fully-equipped kitchen with an oven, fridge, freezer, microwave and a good range of kitchen utensils.
– Wi-Fi and Internet access
– TV
– Laundry facilities (Washing machine and Dryer)
– Linen and Towels
– Housekeeping Service (Ranging from daily to fortnightly)
– Linen are provided
– Available Parking
With the majority of our featured serviced apartments, all these facilities and services are included in the overall rental cost. However, some apartments are also equipped with additional features, such as communal on-site gyms and cinema room. Across the board though, facilities are variable depending on where you stay, with some requiring additional charges. For clarifications about our accommodation, you can always send an enquiry through to our website or get in contact with a member of our team. 

Our calendar is ALWAYS up-to-date. We also have an Instant Book facility so feel free to book immediately. Last-minute bookings are usually not a problem. Please introduce yourself and your group in the first email so we can get to know you and assist you with any special requests.

We require a minimum of 2 night’s stay across most of our properties. Some properties might be slightly different. You can contact us to discuss your requirements.

Check-in is from 17:00 to 21:00
We are fine with late arrivals. We are happy to offer a complimentary early arrival of 4pm subject to availability, please get in touch with a member of staff.

Early check-in may be organised subject to availability. This will be charged at a minimum charge of £30.

Check-out is up to 10:00 to enable us to get the property ready for the next guest.
 If you require a late check-out, please contact us.

Up to 1 hour – £30

2 hours – £60

3 hours or more – daily rate as per number of guests will apply.

Check-in details will be sent to you by email around 16:00 on the check-in day.

The address of the property will be on the top right corner of your confirmation. For security reason, the house number will be sent on the Access Details which you will receive on the check-in day around 4pm.

50% is due at the time of booking, the remaining payment will be due 2 weeks before the check-in date.

We accept all major debit and credit cards.

If you need to make a change to your reservation, please email us and we shall try and accommodate where we can. However, this isn’t always possible and there could be additional costs. Please see our cancellation policy in the terms and conditions. 

Our apartments offer great flexibility and we are often able to increase the stay of our clients. Although we will do everything possible to extend your stay, we cannot guarantee an extension but may be able to offer an alternative property.

Yes, there is a £250 security deposit which is due on arrival. At some properties, a £500 security deposit is charged.
The security deposit is fully refundable within 2 weeks of depart if the property is left in good condition.

If you’re planning on staying with us long-term then we allow viewings. However, this isn’t always possible if there is a current guest staying and they don’t wish to allow this.

Yes, and fresh linen and towels are provided weekly.

We always make sure that we have a set of keys whilst you’re staying with us. However, if you can’t find your set then we would need to get another cut. The charge for this will be £100 and will either come off your security deposit, or we would ask for your card details. 

We ask all the guests to make that all their personal belongings are collected before leaving the property. Anything left behind will be disposed of. However, if we notice anything important, we shall collect them from the apartment and store it in our office for 1 week. If you contact us within the week, we will post it to you.  The cost of this will be paid by you, plus an admin charge of £20.00. 

The short answer is sadly no.
Many of the larger train stations have lockers big enough for a full size suitcase. The local station does not have one.
Alternatively, we recommend you use a baggage shipping service. There are a few companies to choose from – just do a web search to find the most commonly used companies. These are very reasonably priced, safe and extremely reliable. If you ship your luggage from the airport, you can move about the city easily and have your luggage delivered directly to the house at a time convenient for you. 

Our properties always have a variety of bedding options but we do not advise trying to squeeze in more than the maximum number of people on the listing. We want you to be comfortable and there are restrictions on the number of people who can sleep for safety reasons.

– Age 2 and up are counted as guests.
We have baby travel cot for your use at no extra charge. Please ensure this is requested in advance.

The total price is composed of three parts:
1. Nightly price multiply by number of nights (plus any nightly charges for extra guests when applicable)
2. Cleaning fee (one-time fee)
3. Service fee( one-time fee set and collected by the website, typically between 6 and 12%)
Weekly Price: Price may fluctuate based on peak holidays, and special events. Enter in your specific dates to see the current price for those days. 

It is professionally cleaned prior to your arrival and after you depart. For your privacy, no one enters the house during your stay except for you and your group. If you wish to have booked 2 weeks or more, we will be happy to organise a weekly clean at no extra cost.

If the booking is cancelled before 00:00, 14 day(s) before check-in it is free of charge, less than 14 day(s) before check-in the charge is 100% of total

To cancel or modify this booking, you must contact your booking agent or follow the instructions in the confirmation they sent you. They alone are able to handle any amendments, as they made the original booking arrangements.

We have a number of properties which can accommodate pets. Be sure to please check with a member of our team who will be able to advise on the pet policy in place and any potentially related charges.

We have a non-smoking policy across all our properties. The Penalty fee for smoking is £250.

We do have apartments which are situated on the ground floor or have lift access. If there are specific requirements you need, let us know when enquiring.
